We had our first grilling experience at the farm last night, and man was it awesome! We loaded our pit with some great pinon wood, and used a couple of fire-starters to get things going.
We cooked some chicken breasts, boneless thighs, and a few filets of halibut and salmon. The flavors were perfect, and the pinon wood cooked everything so nicely without leaving an overpowering smoked taste.
