I had been anxiously awaiting the English version of this book to be released since the Spanish version was released in May 2008! I absolutely LOVED The Shadow of the Wind, and Zafon's second English novel could not get here soon enough.
Zafon brings the reader back to the Cemetary of Forgotten Books, where David Martin leaves one book that's in danger of being extinguished and adopts another "forgotten" book. He finds himself in a tangled and twisted web after being commissioned by a powerful stranger to write the ultimate book.
I highly recommend it to any book lover who enjoys mystery and romance. It's a must read for all fans of The Shadow of the Wind.
