The quesadillas had lump crabmeat, monterey jack, jalapenos, avocados, tomatoes, lots of lime and some red onion. Super easy and very delicious!

Grilled Lump Crabmeat Quesadillas
My inspiration for these came from a recipe in the Weber's Grilling book, and they were a total hit! We threw the quesadillas on the grill with some fresh veggie-kabobs and really enjoyed everything!
