I picked this up the other day at the bookstore, and sped right through it. This was my first book by Bill Bryson, and he is a pretty hilarious guy. I love his casual writing style, and there were times when I was literally laughing out loud on my couch.
After reading it, my interest in hiking reallly sparked, and I would love to find some nice (and safe) places to hike in Houston.... Stay tuned.
